Sakura season has flitted on by. The tulips and daffodils have come and gone. The late spring downpours continue to pour down upon us. The little children in my neighborhood busy themselves with catching ladybugs and ダンゴムシ (dangomushi, aka pill bugs).
Nature is amazing, inspirational, ever-present, all-encompassing. In spring, it’s downright celebratory. Which makes it only natural that it is once again time for the more-or-less annual Kachofugetsu Exhibition at Arts Rush Gallery.
Six artists of varying disciplines have created work to sing the praises of the natural world. I’m thrilled to be among them.
Although I cannot attend, I hope you will visit the gallery for your fair share of 100% natural inspiration.
